MIYA Consulting Inc. is owned and operated by its founder, Kevin Miyauchi. Mr. Miyauchi has over thirty-one years of real estate development, investment, and construction experience in Canadian cities such as Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Oakville, Aurora, Oro-Medonte/Horseshoe Valley, and Oshawa.

MIYA Consulting Inc. has focused specifically in the area of Brownfield re-development providing Real Estate Development executive services and expertise to leading Brownfield developers including REON Development Corporation, Cherokee Investment Partners LLP and Faubourg Boisbriand Inc., Kilmer Brownfield Management Limited, as well as private equity investment partnerships. Mr. Miyauchi’s contribution to these firms and partnerships has led to the re-­development of some of Canada’s largest Brownfield development projects (Stelco, Toronto, National Refractories, Oakville, General Motors, Montreal, General Motors/ACSYS, Oshawa and the Infrastructure Ontario former Edgar Radar Base near Horseshoe Valley).

Mr. Miyauchi has been a panelist and contributor to the CBN (CBN Board of Directors member), Oceta, Canadian Municipal Property Tax Association, and a quarterly
contributor to the REALpac Canadian Executive Real Estate Survey.
